Besides the standard service contracts, our service managers can customize and tailor service contracts including the following elements: Mobilization and demobilization Eltronic Wind Solutions are with you all the way. We offer safe and fast mobilization and demobilization both on- and offshore. We have through years of experience, refined the process in order to reduce the down time of the vessel and ensure high availability of the equipment during operation. Equipment rental To support you in meeting the changing demands in the market and keeping your costs low, we now New! offer you to rent equipment from Eltronic Wind Solutions. This will allow you to keep your level of fixed assets at a minimum while still being able to offer the same support to your customers. Included service and maintenance of the rented equipment is your guarantee of a safe and reliable operation. Equipment Operator Eltronic Wind Solutions has experienced equipment operators who can be part of our costumers installation crews. In addition they will be capable of performing daily service of the equipment during operation. Furthermore, the operator will have a direct interphase into our engineers in case of a break down. Combined, this will result in increased availability of the equipment. Equipment storage As part of our one-stop-shop solution, we offer to store your equipment for you. After demobilization of the equipment, we make sure that it is transported to the storage facilities. During the storage period, we perform service and maintenance of the equipment and make sure that it is ready for your next mobilization. 24/7 Support agreement Time is money – especially when it comes to installation of on- and offshore turbines. If the issue cannot be fixed remotely, we have global specialists ready to travel to site worldwide with short notice. 04 SERVICE & OPERATION Lifting Equipment Preventive maintenance program The Eltronic preventive maintenance programs are developed by our engineers and based on experience from years of equipment operation. Preventive maintenance is imperative in securing a high level of safety, increased productivity, improvement of overall efficiency and extended lifetime of the asset. In addition, the programs will reduce the total maintenance cost of the asset. Training and certification When dealing with wind turbine equipment, it is of immense importance that all safety and legal requirements are met. Eltronic Wind Solutions offers tailored training and certification programs for all of our equipment and applications. Some types of training will be classroom-based and may involve more than one Eltronic employee to cover all topics sufficiently, and some types of training will require onsite training.
